Our team was honored to attend Alzheimer’s Action Day at the Connecticut State Capitol together with our sister community, Riverbend at Farmington.

We joined advocates from across the state to hear from lawmakers and speak up for our residents and the many individuals and families living with Alzheimer's disease in Connecticut. We were especially grateful to be joined by a resident family member who shared their personal story and helped put a face to why this advocacy is so important.

It was a meaningful day of connection, advocacy, and commitment to improving the lives of those affected by Alzheimer’s. 💜

Over the past week, residents enjoyed a delicious and healthy yogurt bar! Creamy yogurt was topped with homemade granola, fresh fruits, and coconut flakes for the perfect mix of flavors and crunch. To celebrate Purim, we also included sweet hamantaschen as a festive treat. A wonderful way to enjoy good food and great company!

We had such a wonderful time celebrating Read Across America Day with the amazing students at The Goddard School in Simsbury!
One of our residents had the joy of reading to the children and it was truly a heartwarming experience. Seeing generations come together to share stories and smiles reminds us just how special community connections can be.
Thank you for welcoming us and we’re already looking forward to the next visit!

We’re excited to share that we are partnering with Companions & Homemakers to host a Pet Supply Drive for Pack Leaders Rescue. Now through March, 31st, we’re collecting donations of blankets, toys, treats, etc., which can be dropped off right here at our community. Join us in giving back and helping our furry friends in need.

This is one way we celebrate our signature program, Senior Green, where our mission is to leave a legacy of an earth well-loved and cared for.

We were so happy to welcome back one of our longtime favorite entertainers to our community, David Goclowski!
With his accordion in hand, he filled the room with lively music, familiar tunes, and so many smiles. Our residents loved singing along, tapping their toes and enjoying the wonderful energy he always brings.
