We are excited about our next therapist Christy! With 30 years of experience, she believes that no matter how heavy life feels, hope, and healing are possible. As a Christian counselor, she integrates faith and the healing and love of God with evidence based therapeutic practices.

Christy specializes in working with teens through older adults and couples facing addiction, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She is known for creating a judgement free and compassionate space where clients feel supported and understood.

Favorite fidget is "squishies' - the squishier, the better!!!

Fun fact about Christy is that she is a black belt in TaeKwonDo and has a pet monkey while growing up.

We are excited to introduce Nikki, one of our incredible therapists who shows up real, honest, and focused on what helps. She primarily works with teens and young adults, supporting them through some of the toughest seasons that can feel confusing, heavy, or overwhelming.

Nikki specializes in eating disorders, trauma, and adoption, and she brings a direct, thoughtful approach to therapy. She helps clients understand what's going on, build tools, and make progress at a speed that feels safe.

Favorite Fidget is a simple but effective NeeDoh cube.

A fun fact about Nikki is that she once ran a marathon and can reassure you that once was definitely enough!

We are excited to shine a light on one of our amazing therapists and share a little more about who she is and the heart behind the support she provides for our clients.

Maggie works with all ages, from young children through older adults. She most often finds herself working with teens and adults, supporting them through some of life's challenging and transformative seasons.

While she enjoys working with a wide range of concerns, her heart and clinical focus are deeply rooted in trauma work. Maggie has specific experience supporting individuals navigating, birth trauma, grief and loss, infertility, and women's health related concerns. She strives to create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and grounding, where clients can process their experiences at their own pace and begin to heal in meaningful ways.

Favorite Fidget is anything NeeDoh or Aaron Thinking Putty

A fun fact about her is outside of the office, you will find Maggie tending to her garden and canning what she harvested from that garden. A passion that reflects patience, kindness, and the appreciation for new growth.

We're excited to introduce Kelly, someone who brings insight, warmth, and deep commitment to understanding the whole person!

Kelly loves working with teens, adults, and families! She is passionate about helping individuals face their core emotions, grow in self-awareness, and strengthen their relationships. She also loves supporting couples and families as they work to reduce conflict, rebuild trust, and deepen their connection with one another.

Kelly works from a systemic lens, which means that she looks at each person's concerns within the broader context of their relationships, environment, and life experiences. So often, the challenges we face aren't isolated symptoms, they are connected to our stories, our past, and the relationships that have shaped us. These influences have a huge impact on patterns, defenses, and how people connect with others. She has a strong belief that there is a tremendous value in exploring not only what is happening, but why. Understanding the "why" is often the key to shifting long-standing patterns and creating meaningful, lasting change.

Today we are excited to introduce Darcie, an amazing therapist who brings heart, and deep commitment, and a holistic touch to every session. Whether you're dealing with healing old wounds, stress, or working through family struggles, Darcie supports with compassion and a grounding presence.

She works with teens navigating big emotions and identity shifts, young adults finding their way through life's transitions, adults with stress or trauma. She also helps parents facing challenges such as adoption and attachment concerns. Darcie provides a holistic, mind-body approach to healing and nervous system regulation.

Favorite fidget is any "infinity" fidget.

When Darcie hits the trail, she can't decide whether to look up at the stunning views or down at the incredible rocks on the trail...she does both! By the end of the hike, her backpack is heavier thanks to all the rock treasures she collects!
