Qualifications:

1 Year of ER unit RN experience

Current unrestricted RN license from any states of the US.

BLS, ACLS, PALS

Job Types: Contract - 1 year min for W2
13 weeks for 1099

Salary: 2 TYPES
W2 - $52.19 HOURLY
$1246 STIPEND
1099 - $90 ALL INCLUSIVE

HOUSING AVAILABLE ON CAMPUS!!!!!

***** It takes 3 weeks for background, so it would be good to start the process before you are done with your current post. Also if there is a need for updating shots and immunization records well you are there.***

Schedule:

12 hour shift. (NURSE supervisor will set schedule)
Day shift
Night shift
Mid Shift 10am to 1030pm

Looking for Med Surg RN in IHS Facility, Rosebud, SD.

Any state license works.
3 or 4 shifts per week. All 12 hour shifts - days or night shifts.

Total pay for 48 hours would be $4013/ week (Plus gas mileage)

Pay 48 hours per week at $61 per hour = $2928

Stipend $1085 a week

Gas - Mileage reimbursable 58.5 cents per mile (Stipend) up to $250

Duties:

Managing Physician recruitment across the region; strategic planning; and quality assessment and improvement. Continuously evaluate progress towards objectives and maintain efficient and effective day-to-day operations. Will assist in the development as well as oversee & manage the implementation of the talent acquisition strategy for physician recruitment.

Recruiter to ensure that positions are filled timely with quality candidates and established protocols are followed
Manage the implementation of identified recruitment strategies to source, attract, hire and retain high-quality candidates
Oversee projects to further streamline or enhance the recruitment process
Develop and implement programs, plans, policies, and procedures for recruitment, screening, selection, and placement of physicians.
Develop and maintain contacts with Hospitals, placement firms, and other sources of applicants.
Maintain a data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and recruitment results to maintain accurate and comprehensive files such as candidate records, internal and external reports, and correspondence
Make cold calls, manages a database of nurses, and source leads locally as well as nationally.
