As we navigate this spiritual journey, we recognize that we have yet to invite serenity into our soul.

Looking back, life in this earthly body has been quite the adventure.

There were so many plot twists and unruly characters.

Lines were often flubbed and no one really could pick up on stage cues.

How many climaxes is a story supposed to have, because we probably broke the record.

The applause often came at the most awkward times and there were msny periods of lonely soliloquies.

Often, we lost the lesson or failed to understand the purpose, and so we found ourselves back, in the same scenarios, repeating similar mistakes.

Now, we are at the brink of metamorphosis.

Who knew that we would land right here and now?

We have been hyperfocused on healing and often, that leads us to those who may have stirred up our soul in the wrong direction.

We try to unwind all the spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental chaos that is the direct product of our existence.

We hope to mend some of the brokenness in anticipation of being able to flood love and light into our time, space, and energy.

We have a list of what needs addressed and work through the sacral where it is organized methodically.

It all sounds good.

Yet, we often forget the most important person that we need to extend harmony to, ourselves.

We are called to make peace with the person in the mirror and watch our reflection change.

We find compassion for that version of ourselves that did the best they could in the most difficult times.

We are empathetic to the sacrifices that were made on behalf of other's agendas.

We extend an olive branch to the part of us that was most unkind to ourselves with their thoughts, words, and deeds.

We can't find our wings unless we seek tranquility with our own part of the past.

When one is on a divine transformational journey, much can get in the way.

Well, we are finally en route to our highest and best good, and it feels like a test as to whether we have the capacity to reach it.

Tiny distractions show themselves out of our peripheral vision and we can't help to pause and seek them out.

Whether it is humans seeking unnecessary attention, the ego suggesting that we are the worthy or this isn't the right time, or just our deficit of focus, we get off track.

We feel challenged on how to save and spend our time, space, energy, and resources and perhaps, for the first time, are working toward prioritizing our own selves.

We have the greatest of intentions that seem to get lost in the chaos we live in.

Our old selves seem to think that there is so much to do, many people to continue to enable, and other's business to know and meddle in.

We worry about what people think, how well we assimilate, and if we have the capacity to climb up from where we sunk into.

We get sidetracked by the things we used to stop, drop, and roll for.

We forget that we have evolved.

Some days, we are get distracted again. We have dreams to chase, not people to impress.

The subconscious intervenes.

That was then, and this is now.

We must bless and release all that holds us back from our new reality.

Return to the mission and take another step toward the best life to live.

We are a direct product of the environment we are or were subject to.

As we have been diving into the inner family archetype, it's no wonder that we landed here with all of this healing opportunity.

We are only the child of our mother, who was raised up by our mother's mother (our grandmother), who came from the world of our mother's mother's mother (our great grandmother).

Also, we are the child of our father, who was subject to our father's father (our grandfather), who was influenced by our father's father's father (our great grandfather).

Imagine all that imprinted from such a myriad of childhoods.

Humans repeating what they witnessed and learned and sometimes, making the same mistakes over and over as they didn't know there was a lesson to learn.

Perhaps, intending to break a cycle, but in the heat of the moment regressing back to all they knew.

Not even recognizing the brokenness, they handed it over to the next generation.

Here we are.

Enough said.

Now, we understand why we have so much work to do.

We definitely don't flourish in spaces where our light is extinguished and love has to be earned to be received.

We can't get comfortable when we sense tension in the room, unreconciled differences hanging over our head, and unkind thoughts on the tip of someone else’s tongue.

We prefer not to read scripts in conversation and to reduce shape-shifting and assimilation.

Our nervous system relaxes around people who have peace in their eyes and growth in their plans. We need kindness in their speech and compassion in their perception. We long for emotional maturity in decisions.

Perhaps, that is why we choose to be alone sometimes. It may be a coping mechanism to protect our time, space, energy, and resources.

Yet, the Universe encourages us to continue to push through and lets us know that gentle souls will show themselves along our spiritual journey.

Defining what we will and will not accept is boundary setting and it makes life more palatable.
