TRAFFIC ALERT:
Highway 75 now includes a new safety feature at 2nd St. S where the east side of 2nd St. is offset from the west side.
At this intersection, only southbound highway traffic can make left turns. No left turns here for northbound highway traffic or traffic from 2nd St. SE or 2nd St. SW. While this is not as convenient as allowing all traffic to turn left, this design prioritizes safety, decreasing collision points to help prevent crashes at this offset intersection.
