Massage people, this is worth checking out. Today’s class was amazing!

Unwind, release, and restore with Myo Yin—a deeply therapeutic practice that combines the slow, meditative holds of Yin Yoga with the targeted release of Myofascial techniques. Using props and gentle pressure, this class helps dissolve tension, improve mobility, and soothe the nervous system.

This is great recovery for the athlete, weightlifter, person in between massages or looking for some pain relief!

Looking for some deep release? In between your scheduled massage and need to work on a knot? Join me for some Myo-Yin! We use tools to release the fascia as we hold yin poses! This is one of my favorite classes to teach!

Hopefully everyone received the email announcement of the closing of the Evolve Wellness Center January 1st. I will be relocating to the Krummann Block, 1101 4th st. Suite A 3rd floor. It's above the Diving Elk on Historic 4th. There is a small parking lot in back where you can park free or metered street parking. You will enter through the door marked 1101 1/2 on the 4th st side. There is an elevator to the left when you enter.

I have a new booking software through Massage Book . You can set up your accounts through Massage Book which offers a mobile app where you can book, and manage your services. I'll put the link in the comments. If technology is not your thing, I am happy to do the bookings on my end.

My time at Evolve has been enlightening. I have connected with so many beautiful souls over the past year & a half and I am so grateful for all of you who have made the journey with me from Absolute Massage & Bodywork.

I am in the process of finishing a 230 hr Yoga Teacher Training program with Erin Kuehl at Evolve and am learning so much more about the body. I have taken a deep dive on my journey of self discovery through yoga, meditation, & breath work and hope to share my insights with you all! I am planning to start teaching yoga in 2025 so If anyone is interested in more information please let me know and I will add you to my yogi list.

The only constant in life is that it changes and I am really excited to start this new chapter with you all!

Monday: 12pm - 5pm

Tuesday: 12pm - 8pm

Wednesdays: 12pm - 8pm

Thursdays: 2:30pm - 9pm

Fridays: 12pm - 5pm
