Wings Air Rescue of Siouxland is a Helicopter Critical Care Transport Service, serving the community

Providing compassionate, world-class care to patients and their loved ones. Our Med-Trans flight programs are staffed by highly-skilled medical professionals who provide care on the scene, at the referral hospital and en route to the appropriate medical facility. Our medical crews generally consist of a critical care flight nurse and a specially trained flight paramedic, who together, represent decades of emergency medical and trauma care experience. Med-Trans’ sophisticated in-flight communication system allows our flight team to confer with the medical center’s emergency physician in a team effort to provide the best possible care. Our Crew:

As we wrap up the week, we are pleased to recognize a notable milestone. Flight Nurse Duane, also known as the "GodFather," had completed (at least) 750 patient flights 🚁! Duane is one of the OG to Wings! Thank you for all the hard work Duane and the 750 Siouxland patients you have helped through the years!

Every day, Wings Air Rescue takes to the skies to transport patients in critical need of care, and many of those patients rely on blood donations to survive. When you donate blood, you help make sure lifesaving missions can continue both on the ground and in the air.

Earlier today, our crew traveled to Ida Grove Ag Safety Day, organized by Farm Bureau, to discuss our office. This program emphasizes all safety aspects in and around agriculture.🚜🐄🌽🫘
