For the past 15 months, I stepped away from direct patient care to focus on healing my own body, nervous system, and energy.
As many of you know, I have dedicated my entire career to serving others throughout the lifespan. My own health has required me to pause and rebuild my health from the inside out. This chapter has given me deeper insight, new perspective, and an even greater commitment to the work I’ve spent decades building.
While I’m not returning to hands-on clinical work until March 2026, I am fully here — teaching, guiding, creating resources, curating trusted providers, supporting your journey, and bringing you the tools, education, and care pathways I trust most. Thank you for your patience, your compassion, and your loyalty. You’ve always been more than clients — you’re my community. I am living a co-created care plan to optimize my own aging experience — Refining myself through well care AND redefining my work and The LAB business.
