What a BEAUTIFUL class we had at Active Generations earlier this week 😍😍😍

Every quarter, I get to paint with the lovely folks of the CAREgivers group 💙

This time, we relaxed & created some impressive variations of Van Gogh's "Starry Night"

🎨🖌

Art can bring so many benefits: from lowering cortisol levels, to building connection & community.
What a wonderful life 🌻

When was the last time your mind wasn’t running through to-dos, worries, or next steps?

Caregiving often fills every corner of mental space with planning, monitoring, and constant decision-making. This conversation focuses on how caregivers can begin reclaiming mental space without abandoning responsibility or adding another task to the list. Together, we’ll reflect on what occupies your mind most and explore small, realistic ways to create breathing room in the middle of real life.
