Hi everyone! 👋

For those who may not know me yet, I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself. My name is Brook, and I’m originally from a small town in Minnesota.

My healthcare journey started early—I earned my CNA license at 16 and began working in long-term care. While that work was incredibly meaningful, it also came with a lot of sadness and loss. I knew I still wanted to help people, but in a way that felt more holistic and uplifting… and that’s when I discovered massage therapy.

I’ve now been a licensed massage therapist for two years, and I truly can’t imagine doing anything else.

This past October my husband and I welcomed our daughter, Magnolia, into the world! If you happen to see a tiny peanut with the chubbiest cheeks around the spa… she’s mine. 😂

During my maternity leave I explored another opportunity in my career, but it ultimately wasn’t the right fit for me. So if my leave seemed a little longer than expected—that’s why.

The good news is I’m officially back full-time at Royal Table and currently accepting appointments!

I’m so excited to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new ones. I can’t wait to have you back on my table. 🤍

Change is uncomfortable.
Stepping out of your comfort zone is uncomfortable.
And realizing something isn’t what you hoped it would be? That part is hard too.

Recently, I took a leap and tried something new. I thought it would be the next right step—but it turns out, it wasn’t the right fit for me. And that’s okay.

Going back to what’s familiar isn’t failure. Trying, learning, and choosing what’s best for yourself is growth. I’m grateful I took the risk, even if the outcome wasn’t what I expected, because it taught me more about what I value, what I need, and where I truly belong.

Sometimes the lesson isn’t in staying—it’s in being brave enough to try, and wise enough to walk away when something doesn’t align.

Here’s to growth, even when it’s uncomfortable—and to trusting yourself through every season. 🤍
