Just like our office shows, the days are getting shorter, and yeah… it can suck.
Here are a few ways to keep your mood from tanking:
1️⃣ Get some light: Open your blinds, step outside, or grab a sun lamp. Your brain will thank you.
2️⃣ Move a little: Stretch, walk, dance in your living room, anything that gets your blood moving.
3️⃣ Connect: Call a friend, text someone, or chat with your therapist. Isolation sucks.
4️⃣ Sleep smart: Try to keep a routine, even if it feels like the sun disappeared at 4 PM.
5️⃣ Be kind to yourself: Some days will feel like crap. That’s okay.
