Today we’re celebrating Cara and the beautiful presence she has been at Solare for the past five years. She is truly a blessing to this space.

Her wisdom, her depth, and the way she shows up for others as a healer is something so special and deeply felt by everyone she touches. She holds space in a way that is grounding, intentional, and full of care.

It’s been such an honor to have her as part of this journey, and we’re so excited for what’s ahead.

Join us tonight for a guided breathwork experience designed to help you release stress, let go of what’s been weighing you down, and reconnect with your body in a calm, supportive environment.

This class will help you:
