Join us tonight for a guided breathwork experience designed to help you release stress, let go of what’s been weighing you down, and reconnect with your body in a calm, supportive environment.

This class will help you:

Brooke will guide you step-by-step using intentional breathing techniques to support emotional release, deeper relaxation, and a renewed sense of clarity.
