Meet Jody:
I work with children ages 3-10. I am a licensed professional counselor-mental health (LPC-MH) and a play therapist in training. I use play therapy based approaches, skills, strategies, and techniques to help children express and process their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Through the power of play I help children explore, build, and practice new skills, strategies, and ways of connecting and communicating.

As a former elementary teacher I have experience, knowledge, skills, and creativity with helping children from diverse backgrounds and needs. I have experience working with children in the following areas:
anxiety
depression
self-esteem
social skills
learning challenges
adjustment challenges

I believe parents/caregivers know their child best. I welcome parent/caregiver collaboration and participation during their child’s play therapy process.

Meet Megan:
I specialize in providing evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have experience in treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, panic disorder, depression, ADHD, adjustment concerns, traumatic stress, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I work collaboratively with patients and their families to formulate treatment plans that are goal-focused and time-limited, with the overarching aim of providing skills that can continue to be utilized upon graduation from therapy.

I became certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) in 2023. Through my work utilizing PCIT, I have enjoyed being able to provide in the moment coaching to caregivers as they navigate various behaviors. I also enjoy watching caregivers’ confidence in their coaching grow and the deepening of caregiver-child relationships throughout the course of treatment.

In addition to PCIT, I provide several other evidence based therapies, including:
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Exposure and Response/Ritual Prevention (ERP)
Prolonged Exposure (PE)

Meet Dustin:

As a therapist, my goal is to provide positive support for your relief and recovery from daily challenges. I focus on being genuine, non-judgmental, and compassionate while helping you identify strengths, create a safe space for vulnerability, and find solutions to your problems. Our therapeutic relationship is sacred, and I strive to make it comfortable and effective.

I am a licensed social worker in South Dakota and Minnesota, as well as a licensed addiction counselor and faculty member at the University of South Dakota, teaching clinical courses in the Master of Social Work program. My specialized training includes dialectical behavior therapy, trauma interventions, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I have extensive experience addressing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and relationship challenges.

I work with individuals to enhance communication, emotional connection, and co-parenting skills, and I support members of the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is strengths-based and solution-focused, tailored to your needs. I value authenticity in our relationship, aiming for it to be trusting, calming, and insightful. I look forward to helping you find relief and a deeper understanding of yourself.
