Spring is here, which means it’s time to freshen up your home, yard, and routine. It’s also a great time to give your body a little attention too.

A few smart spring tips:

🧹 Clean overlooked spots like bathroom exhaust fans and refrigerator coils
🌿 Tidy up patios, decks, and outdoor spaces
🚪 Lubricate squeaky garage doors and hinges
🌞 Get outside more and enjoy the warmer weather
