ADHD Puzzled Pathways There are many different pieces to ADHD, IT'S COMPLICATED. Among the puzzle pieces: focus, memory, time & money management, organization, decision making.

Life Coaching specializing in ADHD working on strategies and solutions to equalize life's playing field so the ADDer can compete at school, work and in relationships. It affects all areas of like work, school, health and relationships. Each person has there own unique puzzle to be put together & complete. It is a good plan to start with understanding ADHD, education, diagnosis. Many are helped by a medication & alternative health options. Therapy helps to understand behaviors & how ADHD affects each life. ADHD Life coaching is meant to work with the ADD'er to identify each puzzle piece, work together to develop systems & strategies to manage everyday life.

Have you ever set out to complete a goal then ended up all over the place with it, expending energy and focus inefficiently, and ending up with poor results? Welcome to the Innercise® on creative visualization! Here's where we use proven psychology and the latest advancements in neuroscience to help you visualize your goals into action and accomplish your goals and dreams.

Follow these steps to create a clear, concrete image of what you want to accomplish.

1. Take 10-15 minutes and write down a goal, big or small.
Be very detailed in your description, so that if someone read it, they would know exactly what you want to achieve. By doing this, you are activating your visual cortex. Get as clear as possible.

2. Review what you wrote down. . . . and impress all the details into your mind.
What does it feel like, look like, smell like to achieve your goal? This will prime your brain for action. You'll notice your thoughts, feelings, and emotions will change . . . and your behavior will start to align with the goal, setting you on a path toward success.

3. Imagine what it feels like after you achieve your goal.
This is cognitive priming, and it stimulates the "genius" part of your brain located in the prefrontal cortex. Practicing creative visualization is another great way to train your brain for success.

By learning how to retrain your brain, you’ll stop standing on the edge of your potential . . . and you’ll start fulfilling more of what you are capable of achieving.
