Happy WOW Story Wednesday!
Recently, a guest joined us at Touchmark at All Saints for a short-term stay to experience life in our community. During her first couple of days, our Building Services team quickly responded to a few requests for help with her TV remote—each time making sure she was comfortable and settled in.
Then, late one Friday evening, another work order came in after hours. While TV issues aren’t usually considered emergencies, Building Services team member Curtis Dunn recognized that a relaxing evening was important to her experience—and could make all the difference in how she felt about Touchmark.
Even though he wasn’t on call, Curtis came in after hours to personally check on the TV and visit with her, ensuring everything worked perfectly before he left.
