Looking for some Advanced Plan recipes to help stay on track with your health goals? Try this Spaghetti Squash with Meat Sauce recipe straight from The 5 Essentials to Real Health!

INGREDIENTS
• 1 medium spaghetti squash halved lengthwise, seeds removed
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• Sea salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
• 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
• 1 large jar of spaghetti sauce (check ingredients for sugar and additives.)
• Parmesan cheese (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F. Drizzle cut sides of squash with 1 Tbsp oil. Season with salt and black pepper. Arrange halves cut side down on a large baking sheet.
2️⃣ Roast squash until tender, 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool slightly. Using a fork, scrape squash strands into a large bowl.
3️⃣ Meanwhile, brown ground beef (drain any excess fat), add the spaghetti sauce and simmer until warm.
4️⃣ Add meat sauce over spaghetti squash and top with red pepper flakes and parmesan if desired.

ASIAN TURKEY LETTUCE WRAPS
(from The 5 Essentials to Real Health)

Ingredients:
- ½ cup water
- 3 tbsp organic almond butter
- 1 lb organic ground turkey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- ⅓ cup tamari
- ½ cup green onions, optional
- 1 head organic butter lettuce, separated into leaves

Instructions:
1. Cook turkey in a skillet until it is no longer pink.
2. Add water, mushrooms, almond butter, sesame oil, vinegar, chestnuts, garlic, ginger & tamari. Cook & stir for 4 min, stirring constantly.
3. Add green onions if desired and cook for 1 min.
4. Spoon into lettuce leaves, roll up & enjoy!

Our team commits to continual learning & growing to better serve every person that walks in our doors. We also don’t just teach the 5 essentials, we LIVE them. So time to be inspired and refocused is necessary for us to stay on track, be reminded of true health & function, and that the power that made the body heals the body.

Try this NOURISHING BONE BROTH SOUP to support your immune system!

Ingredients:
✅ 1 tbsp olive oil
✅ 1 small onion, chopped
✅ 3 garlic cloves, minced
✅ 1 inch ginger, grated
✅ 2 organic chicken breasts, cut into 1 in pieces
✅ 2 carrots, sliced
✅ 2 celery stalks, chopped
✅ 6 cups bone broth
✅ 1 tsp turmeric
✅ ½ tsp black pepper
✅ 1 cup spinach
✅ 1 lemon, juiced
✅ Salt to taste

Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat a pot and add olive oil. Put in onion, garlic, and ginger.
2️⃣ Toss in chicken, carrots, and celery until they just begin to soften - about 5 minutes - and chicken is cooked.
3️⃣ Pour in broth and turmeric. Simmer for 20 minutes.
4️⃣ Stir in lemon juice and spinach.
5️⃣ Enjoy!
