Most chocolate on the market has refined sugar or processed sweeteners, seed oils, artificial flavors, soy lecithin, and highly processed dairy.

This Valentine’s Day, make homemade CHOCOLATE-ALMOND BUTTER CUPS! The best part it is, they are easy to make with simple ingredients!

Chocolate Coating Ingredients:
❤️ 1⁄4 cup organic butter or coconut oil
❤️ 1 cup unsweetened organic chocolate
❤️ 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
❤️ Flaky sea salt, for topping (optional)
Almond Butter Filling Ingredients:
❤️ 3/4 cup raw almond butter
❤️ 1⁄2 tsp sea salt
❤️ 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
❤️ 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions:
1️⃣ Melt coconut oil or butter and chocolate. Remove from heat, stir in maple syrup & a pinch of sea salt.

2️⃣ In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, sea salt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut oil.

3️⃣ Line a mini muffin tin with silicone or paper liners. Add a small layer of chocolate to the bottom of the liners. Place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes for chocolate to harden.

4️⃣ Spoon a small amount of almond butter filling on top of the chocolate layer. Cover with the remaining chocolate coating. Sprinkle with flakey sea salt (if desired).

5️⃣ Place in refrigerator or freezer until set. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.

Yummy, simple & healthy - Cherry Almond Oat Bars!

For the cherry chia jam:
2 cups cherries, fresh or frozen
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp chia seeds

For the bars:
1 cup organic rolled oats
1 cup blanched almond flour
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
6 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp sea salt

Make the jam:
1️⃣ Add the cherries & maple syrup to a medium saucepan on medium heat until the cherries begin to release their liquid, about 5 – 15 minutes. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until the cherries begin to reduce and thicken, about 5 -10 minutes. Use your spoon to break them apart.
2️⃣ Stir in the chia seeds, cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the jam to cool.

Make the bars:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
Add the oats and almond flour to a blender and process on high until the oats form a fine flour. Add the remaining crust ingredients and continue processing until a sticky dough begins to form.
2️⃣ Transfer 2/3 of the dough into the baking pan, using your fingers or a spatula to press down tightly and evenly. Spoon the chia jam over the surface. Top with remaining dough by dropping it on top in a few separate globs, and then spread them out.
3️⃣ Bake for 35 – 40 minutes, until the center has set and the bars begin to turn golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool. Cut them into individual bars and enjoy!

This easy Crock Pot Oatmeal can be put together in less than 5 minutes and ready for breakfast first thing in the morning!

INGREDIENTS:
🥣 1 ½ cups rolled oats
💧3 ½ cups water
🍎1 large apple, unpeeled, chopped
🍇1/4 cup raisins
🍯3 tbsp honey (optional)
🧂1 ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
🫙1 tsp pure vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ In a crock-pot, combine all ingredients. Turn on low setting.
2️⃣ Cover and cook overnight (6-8 hours).

Do you set goals for the New Year? Try following some helpful tips to meet your goals this year!

1. Choose ONE Main Goal
Pick one primary focus instead of trying to change everything. Examples:

🎄CHRISTMAS SALAD🎄

Christmas colors makes this salad look beautiful but it tastes even better!

Ingredients:
1/2 cups raw walnuts
1/2 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
6 cups mixed greens
1-2 apples or pears, chopped
2 avocados, sliced
2 cups pomegranate arils
1 cup crumbled goat cheese

Dressing:
⭐️1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
⭐️ 1/4 cup balsamic or apple cider vinegar
⭐️ 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
⭐️ 2 tablespoons honey
⭐️ 2 teaspoons orange zest + 2 tablespoons orange juice (or 2 drops wild orange essential oil)
⭐️ sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
1. Add the greens to a large salad bowl. Add the apple (or pear), avocados, and pomegranate. Sprinkle on the cheese and nuts. Gently toss the salad.
2. Combine all ingredients for the dressing in a glass jar and shake to combine. Just before serving, drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss. Enjoy!
