“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity.” As I stand here looking at this Christmas tree I finally was able to put up after years of having it as a goal and never got around to doing it I think about why… & change my perspective to… I am so grateful for always being busy this time of year because of all my wonderful clients who have helped me grow as an individual and business.
I would love to start a yearly tradition at Soul Massage to make time for the spirit of Christmas and to remember and reflect on my clients. If you would like to add an ornament to the tree please bring one or two or however many you’d like for me to keep to put up every year to be a reminder for myself to just take extra time to be grateful and proud 🎄❄️ ♥️ thank you for being apart of this journey.

As a massage therapist I’ve seen first hand how tension, stress & fatigue affect the body and spirit. I created Soul Mg to bring together the calming science of magnesium with the art of soulful self-care. Each blend is designed to support recovery, ease tension, and replenish your soul with science and intention.
Magnesium is essential for soothing sore muscles, calming the nervous system, and restoring the body’s natural balance. But true healing goes deeper than the physical — it’s about nurturing the whole self.

Each creation I make is infused with my care, story & energy.
I am not here to compete — I am here to contribute & regrow what I had started a couple years ago with Soul Bath Salts. A new leaf.

Today I put in my 10th license renewal in its frame. Some may say what’s the big deal but I see it as a big deal. I saw a flashback to when I first started massage. The unknown of what this path would entail. I now look to present & to the future and smile- loving every moment of this journey. A partial way through my 9th year doing massage and feeling like this is still my story to tell. Some may feel burnout at this point but I feel a new leaf unfolding, a new fire lit. Here’s to another year & continuing this story 🌿🤍🌵

Getting Issues Out of Tissues

Massage Therapy is something that I am 100% dedicated to since the moment I started and finished my training. It all started in Sioux City, Iowa in 2015 where the moment I stepped into Bio Chi Institute of Massage Therapy I knew this is where I was meant to be. I went through some amazing life changing courses and trainings and got the opportunity to move back to my hometown Sioux Falls after finishing school where I began my 1st massage gig- I continued to learn new techniques and came across a new opportunity to learn and grow. 2018 rolled in and I got the opportunity to make my dream of owning my own massage business and become my own boss a reality. Soul Massage Therapy was born and I cant be happier about this amazing journey that has started! I cant thank my husband and the rest of my family enough for their support! I continue to grow my clientele and meet some amazing people that help me grow as a massage therapist! My goal is to get the issues out of your tissues! Over time I have found that my specialties are headache and migraine relief, massage cupping and deep tissue. I continue to learn new and exciting techniques to share with my clients! New and Exciting things are in the Making!

Massage Therapy is not just a luxury but a pathway to a happier, healthier lifestyle & YOU!
