What is Hearing Aid Feedback?? 🤓

It's the whistling or squealing sound that occurs when...
..sound from the hearing aid's speaker is picked up by the microphone, causing the sound to be reamplified.

If your hearing aid squeals a lot, here are a few things that can be done to stop it. 😃

✅ Repositioning your hearing aid - your hearing aid should fit snug and sit correctly
✅ Change Your Wax Guard - a dirty guard can cause whistling
✅ Adjust the Volume on Your Hearing Aids - try turning down your hearing aid if yo have the volume all the way up.

Dr. Rounseville-Norgaard and her twin sister were diagnosed with hearing loss at the age of three. Dr. Rounseville-Norgaard has worn hearing aids since. Her goal is to help each patient with his or her own unique hearing needs to find a solution that improves quality of life. “I am excited to be able to share what hearing aids have to offer based on my personal and professional experience to help others struggling to hear.
