"Human strengths are as real as human weaknesses"
I have read that statement many times this morning and it resonates.
When stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, and depressed we tend to focus on perceived weaknesses. DO NOT overlook the MANY strengths you bring to the table today. You might not FEEL strong but feelings do not necessarily reflect reality.
Call out the strengths in yourself today. Call out the strengths you see in others today. Let us build up what and other complications of try to break down!
