5. **Social Connections**
- Make time to connect with friends or family, whether through a phone call, video chat, or in-person meeting. Social support is crucial for mental health.
6. **Meditation**
- Practice meditation or mindfulness techniques to help calm your mind and cultivate a sense of inner peace. There are many guided options available online.
7. **Sleep Hygiene**
- Prioritize a consistent sleep routine, ensuring you have a comfortable sleep environment and limit screen time before bed. Good sleep is crucial for mental health.
