Starting this Saturday, our newest practitioner Sam Nieuwenhuis, CNP, is offering acute care visits right here at Prairie Roots — every Saturday morning from 9 AM to 1 PM.

Perfect for when you or your little one needs fast, functional, and holistic support without the urgent care hassle.

💛 20-minute visits
💛 $50 for members (the price of most co-pays), $150 for non-members
💛 Walk-ins welcome or call ahead

Sam can help with things like:

🩹 Minor orthopedic injuries or sprains
😷 Respiratory illnesses or infections
🩺 Abdominal pain or digestive flare-ups
🌿 Skin concerns or minor wounds (including sutures!)

Tis the season for all the pies! The pie crusts are frozen so if you’d like to order them we will have to make sure you are there at the drop off time so you can place them in the freezer again! ☺️

I will not be at Market at the Meridian this weekend! But I will be back in Yankton November 8th for the Winter Market!! Can’t wait to see you at the new market! 🙌
