Today we celebrated the life of Harley F Marek, a much-loved husband, father, grandfather, and pillar of his community who passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at the age of 80. Harley was a golf enthusiast ⛳️ so today he was honored by his friends and family with a golf ball salute 🏌️‍♂️

We were honored to serve lunch to the Sioux Falls Police Department today in celebration of National Police Week. On behalf of George Boom Funeral Home and Miller Funeral Home, thank you to all the dedicated officers and staff who work tirelessly to keep our community safe. It was a privilege to show our gratitude.

While this birthday comes with a heavy heart after the loss of your beloved Faye, we hope you feel surrounded by love and support. May the cherished moments you shared with her bring comfort and peace during this time.
