The "Skinny Privilege" trap is real. And the InBody scanner destroys it in about 15 seconds. I see it constantly: A client steps on the machine, confident because she’s never had to diet a day in her life. She’s expecting a pat on the back. Instead, she gets a reality check: "Skinny Fat." Low muscle. Dangerously high body fat percentage.

"But I fit in my jeans?"
Here is the hard truth: Your pant size is not a health metric.
Without muscle, being thin is just being fragile. It doesn't protect your bones, it doesn't regulate your hormones, and it definitely won't help you age well. If you’ve always been the "lean one," this is your wake-up call.
