Please note we are now located on the SW corner of 46th and Western. We moved April 27th, 2023 to 4309 S Louise Ave Ste 201 Sioux Falls, SD 57106 (3 buildings south of 49th St). Danielle and her team specialize in pain relief specializing in Deep Tissue Massages to help whiplash, tension migraine relief; increasing range of motion; neck, shoudlers, Back, Hip pain along side of sports massages/stretching. Danielle, Laurie, and Paul all love helping people especially helping with Emotional stress and pain relief. Laurie also does body wraps and paraffin wax. We do not take insurance but we do take HSA/ flex cards. Looking to hire 1 morning and 2 evening massage therapists. Tru Massage gives full 60min hands on for hour massage vs some take 10min out for changing time www.trumassage.com

Winter wasn't ready to give up yet. Hopefully everyone got a stay home day today with the no travel advised.
So far Danielle's road didn't get much snow that stuck just blowing winds and has a babysitter on back up just in case school gets canceled so we will be open tomorrow. If you live out of town or uncomfortable driving in for appointment tomorrow please click link in reminder text to edit time, call or email tonight or first thing tomorrow.

*Reminder, we do have a 4 hour cancellation policy so you can only edit appt up until 4hr prior since this is not a same day unexpected storm. Stay safe and warm. Let us know in advance if you need to move your appointment.

We do have times open this week including tomorrow yet.

Danielle is even able to work late Mon, Tues, Wed this week for any of her regulars.

When patients come to me with chronic issues, one of the first places I look is their gut.
About 90 percent of your serotonin, the neurotransmitter most associated with happiness and well being, is produced in your gastrointestinal tract. Your gut bacteria are directly involved in manufacturing the chemicals your brain uses to regulate mood, sleep, and stress.

The vagus nerve is the superhighway connecting your gut and your brain. It sends signals in both directions. When your gut microbiome is diverse and healthy, the signals are clear. When it is disrupted by processed food, antibiotics, stress, or lack of fiber, those signals get noisy.

Ignoring those signals doesn’t make them disappear.

Listen early so your body doesn’t have to yell later. Don't go months in between your massages. Clean nutrition, monthly massages and monthly adjustments can help prevent further injury or bigger issues. Your body gives warning signs. Make the time for preventative health so your body doesn't dictate for you later.
