At Center for Family Medicine, we are proud to support and train future physicians who serve rural communities across South Dakota.

Through both the Sioux Falls Family Medicine Residency and Pierre Family Medicine Residency and Clinic, our residents gain hands-on experience providing care in small towns, tribal communities, and critical access hospitals across the state. They learn what it means to be not just a doctor — but a neighbor, advocate, and trusted resource.
