• When a client actually gives feedback in real time during the session (“a little more pressure there” is music to our ears)
• When a client says “whatever you think I need today”
• When a client leaves a 5-star review after their session
• When someone says, “Wow… the work you did on my ____ truly helped.”
• When our clients reschedule to stay consistent with their wellness goals

Hi everyone! 👋

For those who may not know me yet, I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself. My name is Brook, and I’m originally from a small town in Minnesota.

My healthcare journey started early—I earned my CNA license at 16 and began working in long-term care. While that work was incredibly meaningful, it also came with a lot of sadness and loss. I knew I still wanted to help people, but in a way that felt more holistic and uplifting… and that’s when I discovered massage therapy.

I’ve now been a licensed massage therapist for two years, and I truly can’t imagine doing anything else.

This past October my husband and I welcomed our daughter, Magnolia, into the world! If you happen to see a tiny peanut with the chubbiest cheeks around the spa… she’s mine. 😂

During my maternity leave I explored another opportunity in my career, but it ultimately wasn’t the right fit for me. So if my leave seemed a little longer than expected—that’s why.

The good news is I’m officially back full-time at Royal Table and currently accepting appointments!

I’m so excited to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new ones. I can’t wait to have you back on my table. 🤍
