I think February heralds many good things…

The release of pressure from the ‘new year, new me’ onslaught.

The promise of more light, more life.

The acceptance that nature has its cycle and therefore so must we.

And if February hits you hard with its ‘be in love’ message.

Remember that love has many forms, and we should celebrate them all.

You are loved.

Most of all I think February is hope.

Nature has no fear that spring will come, that better days will arrive.
And neither should we.

So let the hope carry you onwards this month, and count all the ways in which love blesses you.
