Classes taught by Kate, a 200 hour yoga alliance certified instructor who has practiced yoga for over 20 years and has taught yoga since 2013. Do you want to find a place of calm inner strength? Inner Light Yoga offers classes that help you find balance and peace while toning and strengthening the body.
