Say Hello to Sherman!
Sherman moved into Edgewood in September of 2024.
Sherman's favorite food is shrimp. The Twist and Shout Song/dance always got him on the dance floor. Sherman's favorite season is fall because all the leaves fall off the trees and it's beautiful.
Sherman grew up in Sisseton and his fondest childhood memory was driving corvets. If Sherman could given anyone a piece of advice it would be "if you own land buy it and finance against it. If I wouldn't have done that I wouldn't have anything." If Sherman could have a superpower it would be a millionaire. Sherman's favorite childhood pet was a Boarder Collie Cross dog named "Abby". Sherman's favorite thing about Edgewood is BINGO and music.

Meet Elaine!!
Elaine moved into Edgewood in September of 2024
Elaine's favorite food is roast beef dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy....don't forget the Angel Food Cake!!
Vince Gill, George Jones and Randy Travis could always get her out on the dance floor. Her favorite season is Spring because everything is nice and green and the flowers are beautiful.
Elaine grew up in the Sisseton/New Effington area and her fondest childhood memory was playing games in school, visiting grandparents and relatives on Sundays. If Elaine could give anyone a piece of advice it would be "just to honest and treat everybody right." If Elaine could have a superpower, she would like to visit and spend time with people she has lost.
Her favorite pet as a child was a dog that herded cows named "Fritz"
Elaine's Favorite thing about Edgewood is "I enjoy everything, the people treat you good. I love playing cards with the residents and staff. It's the next best thing to being home."
