VESTIBULAR (INNER EAR) DISORDERS CAUSE A VARIETY OF DISORIENTING AND DEBILITATING SYMPTOMS SUCH AS LOSS OF COORDINATION, VERTIGO, AND DIZZINESS, LEAVING DESPERATE AND CONFUSED PATIENTS SEARCHING FOR ANSWERS.

Patients will hear from several different experts on topics relevant to the vestibular disorders community, all from the comfort of their homes. Patients will also be able to ask specific questions directly to the speakers.

Free admission includes:

Access to five live presentations by premier vestibular healthcare providers.
Each presentation is followed by a panel of patients who discuss their experiences on that day's topic.
Closed captions for live presentations and panels.
Ability to watch the recorded presentations for 24-hours after the conclusion of the session.
Access online chat rooms where you can ask presenters questions and connect directly with other participants.
If you cannot attend the live event, you can purchase the conference recordings. Scholarships are also available; contact VeDA to apply. You can also help someone by donating to the scholarship fund.

We are excited to announce that we have a new Green Ridge staff member arriving in February!!!

Bradford Thomas, DPT will be moving to Sisters from his most recent work in Minnesota and will be starting here on February 10th.

Here is a little bit of what Bradford shares:

"My name is Bradford Thomas. My ethos is to Inspire interaction with the world by creating a broad understanding of human movement. Alongside PT, I am an avid splitboarder, rock climber, backpacker and bikepacker! I love getting outside and the art of movement and expression in wild places.

I love working with people who want to move and experience our reality for all it offers. Whether thats playing with your kids or climbing alpine peaks, everyone has the right to freedom of movement, physical expression, and pain-free living. Having been on both sides, I can confidently say that you are not limited by your diagnosis or injury, only by your willingness to learn."

We have now opened up our February scheduling for Bradford... and he is enthusiastic to become an integrated part of our community and to bring his approach to healing and wellness into our Green Ridge team!

I (Carol) work remotely these days from Southern Oregon… but still make it back to work in the office from time to time.

There is nothing quite like being back home and spending days working side by side with my beloved coworkers and seeing wonderful patients who are also friends! 💕

Tara Seymour has 25 years of experience with manual therapy, deep tissue and relaxation massage and offers a variety of treatment techniques for a wide scope of physical conditions. She is passionate about helping others live life comfortably and pursue favorite activities with beneficial massage as a part of their overall health regimen.

Tara is a professional skier, Nov-June and loves to spend time hiking or at the coast in the summer. Tara has lived in Sisters for over 20 years and calls this community her home. Tara also teaches yoga classes in Sisters and Bend.
