🐉🧧 For Chinese New Year, our Activity Director prepared special gifts; residents received:
Laminated information cards about the animal sign that represents their birth year
Homemade fortune cookies with personalized messages
Traditional red envelopes (hongbao) symbolizing luck and prosperity for the new year

The red color is believed to ward off evil and bring good fortune, while the inside of the envelopes carries wishes for wealth and happiness in the coming year.

What an amazing day at the Sisters Area Senior Resource Fair!
The Lodge Retirement Community proudly participated and had a wonderful time connecting with other resources serving our senior population. It was great to hang out, share information, and learn from one another.
Our materials were ready to hand out, and we’re glad so many attendees stopped by.
It was a joy meeting everyone who came through—your stories and smiles made the day special.
We’re proud to live in such a wonderful community in Sisters, Oregon. Thank you to everyone who helped organize and participate in this event.
