We’re so grateful for Heather, our amazing cook, who has gone above and beyond to bring festive cheer to our residents as we prepare for Hospice of Redmond’s Festival of Trees!
Heather has been busy arranging and crafting beautiful wooden ornaments with the help of our wonderful residents and staff. We can’t wait to see what our tree looks like before it’s raffled off during the benefit in December.
Thank you, Heather, for organizing such a meaningful and heartwarming social for our residents. Your kindness makes a world of difference!

We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to Althea for visiting The Lodge and sharing a delightful presentation about plants, trees, and shrubs. Althea attends Sisters High School, and is in a class called IEE which stands for Interdisciplinary Environmental Education. Althea sure knows her stuff! It meant a lot to have her here—especially since her grandmother lives at The Lodge, which made this visit even more meaningful for everyone.

We certainly learned a lot from Althea, and we appreciate the effort she put into earning school credit while teaching us about the Plant ID and our local Ecosystem. Thank you, Althea, for a wonderful afternoon!
