Yoga Union is a non-profit Studio located on Sitka Fine Arts Campus. Hames Center parking lot can be accessed from Lincoln Street and Sawmill Creek Road. Join Laura Humphreys for a 90-minute breathwork journey to release what no longer serves you, reset your nervous system, and create space for renewal. You can expect guided nervous system preparation, connected breathwork, somatic release, and integration and grounding. Cost is $20 ($21 with tax) or two punch cards.
