This Sunday! Join your host DJ for an opportunity to drop into your body, shake the nonsense and come back to your center.

This month’s full moon is coming up on March 3rd and includes and full lunar eclipse in Virgo - it’s a great opportunity to check in with your bodies, intuition and take some time to feel into what you need to thrive.

No dance experience is necessary. This is an intuitively guided moving meditation on your terms.

We start & end in circle & we’ll dance for about 75 minutes. As always, it’s sliding scale pricing $22-$24, pay what you can, come with an open mind and get ready to get down. DM us with any questions/concerns.

Tomorrow we welcome the lunar new year of the fire horse & two new classes to uplift your energy & spirit!

TUESDAY— 7am Aerobics: Cardio & Stretch with Meredith Welch —

This “all levels” class is a fun way to start your day and move your body!

This class is designed to inspire your soul through uplifting music beats, challenge the mind through building on a sequence of movements all while working the body and getting the heart rate up. We’ll finish the class with restorative stretching while the body integrates all its efforts.

Sunday-Funday!!! Join us this weekend as we celebrate the lunar new year with a vinyasa flow class led by & live DJ set by

Then we’ll enjoy a tea ceremony, tarot pull chat & journaling prompts before a community sharing circle.

Last month’s ritual set an amazing tone for the month ahead. This moon will be the start to the Chinese new year of the fire horse & an Aquarius new moon cycle.

It also happens to align with a partial solar eclipse and the beginning of eclipse season… so astrologically speaking it’s a very auspicious time to come together with intention & to amplify our dreams for the lunar year ahead.

Finally an event to get the whole family groovin!

Join us for a playful, inclusive movement experience for kids and families — including a short opening circle, gentle yoga, creative movement, imagination games, and free expression.

Expect giggles, wiggles, and connection, plus some snacks and hang time afterward.

Our first session is Sunday, February 22nd, 10:30-11:30am

$20/family | 60 min
*Includes multiple kids/guardians per household

What to Expect:
    •    Brief welcome circle & intros (5 min)
    •    Simple Family Yoga & Fun with (25 min)

Happy Monday! Here’s a fun little practice to start your week with intention.

Take a moment to ask your intuition which card has a message for you, then slide to see your card guide for the week.

Messages are below:

1️⃣ – The 4 of Emotions (cups): this card suggests that you’re digesting some things that are happening in your life and before rushing to take action or make a decision it is asking you to give yourself some time & space to process. Just like we can’t rush the physical process of digestion to make more space… we need to give things time to know what we need next. Fours in tarot are all about rest/integration & the element of water/emotions/cups suggests that it would be supportive to simply feel what’s going on inside and be with the feelings to let them move/assimilate and “be with your emotions” rather than constant doing this week. 💜

2️⃣- The Knight of Inspiration (Wands): this is a card of bold action, “going for it” and “putting yourself out there” even when you’re not 100% sure of yourself yet it’s asking you to move on impulse/heart and shoot your shot. The knights are kind of like the teenagers of the deck who ask us to learn through trial & error so don’t overthink things this week! Just be your most charismatic self, have fun and get your hands dirty. You may trip up but people will see it as authentic & loveable & you’ll grow faster than staying in your head.

3️⃣- The Muse of Inspiration (King of Wands): this card shows you as a heart leader, someone who inspires others through their soul-led actions. You may not even realize that others look to you as an example because you’re not focused on them, you’re genuinely following the call of your destiny & passion. When in doubt, check in with what feels right in your heart and spirit - you know what to do & it doesn’t matter if others don’t quite “get it” yet… you’re blazing the trail. 🔥
