A playful, inclusive movement experience for kids and families — including a short opening circle, gentle yoga, creative movement, imagination games, and free expression. Expect giggles, wiggles, and connection, plus some snacks and hang time afterward.

It’s that time of the month again 😜 join and for a intentional experience of embodiment, reflection, and community –

join us for a live DJ Vinyasa flow followed by a T ceremony, Tarot Poles for the month ahead and some space to journal individually, followed up by community shares – these monthly gatherings have been incredibly powerful healing spaces and a great way to work with the energy of the moon cycle.

The New Moon in Pisces—arriving on March 18, 2026—is the final lunation of the astrological year, acting as a profound, magical portal for emotional cleansing, deep intuition, and surrender. Following the intense, purging energy of the early March Lunar Eclipse, this Pisces New Moon invites us to rest, dream big, and plant seeds of intention in the fertile void, allowing ourselves to feel, rather than force, our next steps.

Today is the 3/3 portal – March 3 full moon eclipse. We made it through the eclipse portal! Now time for some integration as we are still in the shadow phase… eclipses often bring things to the surface for us to review/understand/expand. Sometimes this is gentle and simple sometimes it’s jarring shall we say… always it’s for our expansion & growth.

You’re invited to check in with what your own knowing is for your eclipse lessons but also have a peek at these messages, may they help you trust what you already are sensing 🙏✨

If you intuitively chose card:

1️⃣- Justice is here for you as a reminder of the law of cause and effect (karma): the energy we put out is the energy we get back. I’m sensing here that this lesson went deep into your subconscious inner workings this eclipse season. Maybe there are some old hardwired beliefs that came up for review that were ancestral burdens ready to be released (like scarcity complex, anxiety, deep rooted fear of being seen etc) that have been playing out in your lineage for many lifetimes… and now it’s time to do the humble work of dismantling these beliefs in yourself. This takes bravery, honesty, self-awareness and support… this may have been a challenging couple weeks for you but take heart as what was buried comes to the light it can heal & be released. And this is a blessing! ✨. Be gentle with yourself and loving of this uprooted part because truth is we are all doing this work— you are not alone or wrong or bad, release the burden, release the shame and arise lighter dear one.

2️⃣— 3 of cups (emotions): this Card highlights how important community is at this time and a sense that you are expanding your heart and emotional capacity to connect in new ways.
