So....I'm not great at this FB thing, but need to let everyone know the big news. I will be vacating my current office space and moving my office to our home- "the west wing" to be exact. Last day in my Genesee St. office will be 9/25 and first day on West Lake Rd. will be 10/5. Mixed emotions, but change is inevitable and I will embrace it! 😊🌷🙏

Attended the Craniosacral I class in Albany in February. Had an awesome instuctor and found the work to be fascinating. Just need to practice on some people...volunteers?
