No clocks. On purpose.

Our lounge doesn’t have them, and that’s the whole point.

A client came in stressed today. One of the first things they noticed? No way to check the time. At first, that felt uncomfortable. But 45 minutes in the salt cave later, they walked out saying it was freeing because they had no choice but to let go.

Control is exhausting.
Sometimes the kindest thing you can do for yourself is just… be. Present. Grounded. Nowhere to be but here.

We are growing at SALTability Retreat and we are looking for someone special to join our team.

We are hiring a part-time Spa Front Desk and Admin Lead at our salt cave and wellness spa in Skippack Village.

This role is a mix of guest experience and tech-savvy admin support. You will be the welcoming face of the spa on your shifts while also owning our booking platform, Mindbody, behind the scenes.

If you are organized, reliable, great with people, and genuinely drawn to a wellness environment, we would love to hear from you.

Shifts are Tuesday through Thursday evenings and two Saturdays per month.
