You will never find two with the same grief journey, so don't compare yours to others.

Some days you may feel okay, other days fearful, and other days 5 feelings at once. Try to handle emotions with patience.

You may feel like you are losing your mind but in fact grief is a natural reaction to loss. Not only does it affect you mentally but it comes with physical symptoms as well. Practice self-care!
