Did you know Transitions can get super dark? Want to know the secret?! COLD! Transitions react better in colder temperatures. It was about 60 degrees today and this is how much it changed.

Just made this frame for a patient. This was custom designed and made by hand in the U.S. The patient wanted a chunky pair of sunglasses in bright red to match his watch. He also opted for the gold flash mirror with polarized lenses to combine style and comfort. Yes they are prescription, but I do non-prescription work too! I have the widest range of lens options in Chicagoland.

Oh…if you think he looks familiar, you’re right! You may catch him around the neighborhood in his amazing black pair of regular glasses as well.

So I saw this ad come up on FB. I wanted to say something about it because most people don’t know, but it’s one of the biggest drivers for starting Framed Optical Boutique. I wanted to have a safe, fun, nurturing environment for my opticians and staff.
