Illness Navigation Resources Illness Navigation Resources offers custom guidance through medical challenges.

Illness Navigation Resources (INR) is a consulting service that assists patients and families grappling with acute and chronic medical issues access resources and support. The idea for INR was born from Dr. Stephanie Ross’s everyday interactions with patients and families in her psychotherapy practice. Dr. Ross found that the vast majority of families referred to her office facing medical challenges were not seeking traditional counseling. Rather, Dr. Ross found that she spent much of her time helping families cope on a more practical level: Empowering families to interact most effectively with medical providers, connecting them to appropriate local and national resources, and offering guidance and referrals to all members of the patient support system. Dr. Ross and her team of expert clinicians are available to assist with a range of medical and emotional issues.
