You already know this truth:
What you feed your body matters. Junk makes it heavy.
Nourishment makes it strong.
Your mind works the same way.
Every day, you consume gossip that agitates you.
Negativity that tightens your chest.
Fear that keeps you restless and reactive.
And then you wonder why your mind feels unsettled.
In Buddhism, this is called right mindfulness—
becoming aware of what you allow to enter your inner world.
The Buddha taught that the mind becomes shaped by what it repeatedly dwells on.
What you focus on, you strengthen.
What you rehearse, you become.
So choose wisely.
Feed your mind peace instead of panic.
Wisdom instead of noise.
Gratitude instead of comparison.
Sit with silence.
Listen with presence.
Speak with intention.
Because what you consume—
through your thoughts, your words, and your attention—
is not harmless.
It becomes your habits.
Your habits become your character.
And your character becomes your life.
Protect your mind like something sacred.
Because in the end…
what you consume is what you become.
