View from Whiffletree chair. Never ride this but the "Stupid Quad" lift still stove up. Whiffletree did offer this handsome shot up the summit, the hazy sun just dropped behind. After this picture, I managed to cause the lift to emergency stop. I could not manage my phone in one hand, sitting on my poles for the shot and getting the safety bar up in time. I got all jammed up arriving at the top. That was new. I apologized to the attendant. She was very sweet about this event. Extra chilly on the last run on Double Bitter, 3:55pm. Lots of natural snow in there; didn't hit rocks like last time. DB trail is like ricocheting through a pinball machine. 😍

You can just watch the very first minute or two to get the gist the The National Academy of Medicine (NAM) recommends 600 IU (International Units). Dr. Campbell here points out that 11 years ago it was proven NAM made a "school boy, school girl" math error regarding D levels. It is as if they want people to be sick. Campbell points out what I learned many years ago is studies show the average adult needs 8,000 units/day. Campbells shows it is actually now 8,995 units to get the bare minimum into your blood. I need a new plow guy for the office and rental next door. Second year in a row my plow guys got done. Insurance costs is a big reason people are quitting. Any suggestions? They have to be close to the office to break out the tenants early and come by after they leave and clean up. 🤓 474 0877 is office #.

How I got into chiropractic, from merchant marine work was because I happened to have, in my opinion, digestive issues following food poisoning in Fortaleza. Brazil. I remained run down from that cruise when I went to a D.C. in Windham where I lived. After one adjustment in the area that give rise to many digestive organs, no longer felt run down but 2 days after, I felt better than usual. Fortunately the chiropractic pointed out to me the nerve connections from the area of my mid back to the stomach, liver, gallbladder, small intestines. That is exactly when I decided to quit shipping because I wanted to do and teach how spine adjustments do a lot more than tamp down some pain. If I can find it I will put the charts in the comment section that sparked a major life direction change for me.

Columbus Day 2025 at the office. Not a dress shirt and tie day. All those white things are samples of Standard Process products I use for muscle testing. We can't keep liver and gallbladder support stuff in stock some times. I take it a lot when I eat too much cheese, almond butter. Not working good gallbladder and liver can cause mid back pain and shoulders to not work so hot. As a chiropractor I can tell you my shoulders get a workout. I have to take care of them with diet and exercise. Though I do very little acupuncture, the blue boxes on the blue shelf are boxes of acupuncture needles.

Had a few new kids in the practice lately. I posed mom with her daughter holding one of our stuffed brain models. Adjustments improve brain function. This little girl came in because mom said she had started slurring words like her older sister did a few years ago. After one cranial adjustment to her sister the word slurring stopped immediately. Both kids are active and bump their heads. This picture is a few minutes after I adjusted her occiput, sphenoid and frontal bone (very gently). She told mom she felt better. We'll see if her speech returns to normal like her older sister.
