We had an enjoyable experience observing our caterpillar "Miley" undergo metamorphosis into a stunning Monarch butterfly before releasing her into her natural habitat. Special thanks to Edna Colson for providing our caterpillar❤️

We are thrilled to have hosted an unforgettable Fourth of July celebration! Our heartfelt gratitude is expressed to Cedar Creek Band for their outstanding musical performance, Mr. Crews and his Slater FFA Chapter for helping serve, running games, and clean up, Tedd Wiseman for the use of his grill, the City of Slater for lending us tables and delivering them, Bill and his staff from Bill’s Fireworks for the impressive fireworks display, ACG Hospice for their photography skills and props, Balloon Pizazz for their services featuring balloon animals and cotton candy, Good Shepherd Hospice for providing food and utensils, and for cooking for everyone, Heartland Hospice for the snow cones and churros, to our staff for their efforts in organizing and carrying out this event, and to our residents, their families and friends, and community members for attending. A great time was had by all!
