I jumped on and got lost in time ~ how typical of me ✨️ 2016
Time is not linear, we revist past versions of ourselves with new eyes. Reflection reminds us how far we've come, and validates the presense that held us through every challenge and triumph.
In 2016
I was moming hard,
working at preschool, and
co-leading the girl scout troop - a life I had dreamed of.
Quietly, I was on a path of deep spiritual awakening, studying, learning, preparing for what was ahead.
Inside, I was struggling with alcoholism, a coping skill I developed to regulate my nervous system through grief, loss, and loneliness. Intuitively, I knew there was a better way. Slowly, I made changes to let go of what wasn't working, and crumb by crumb, followed a higher path.
Life is calmer today.
I've found peace in letting go, and the healing work that grounds me.
Intuition is our superpower. It supports every chance we take in growing towards love.

2026 is a year for healing, interconnection, and consciously creating a world we're proud of.
