This sweat-inducing, mood-boosting power core connects breath with movement in a non stop flow that will get your heart rate elevated. Get vigorous, build up strength with core postures and movement to your favorite hip hop jams. This vinyasa class ends with a relaxing cool down and a nice long savasana.
