We were fortunate enough to have our new resident, Robert D., teach a class on Zentangle patterns. Zentangle is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful, abstract images by drawing structured, repetitive patterns.
The goal is to encourage focus, mindfulness, and relaxation (often called "yoga for the brain"). Robert is a retired psychiatric nurse, but also a self-taught artist. over entertainment. 🎨✨
