Seems we just got started and before ya know it, comes the time we have to say, "so long"...... Our sweet, Lener, has reached her goals and was promoted from therapy this week. My, how she'll be missed here; but, how happy we are for her to 'graduate' PT, pain-free!!! Thank you, Lener, for all of your hard work and commitment to PT. She is the IDEAL patient, who came into our clinic following a meniscus tear and back pain that we have addressed and rehabilitated. Stay well, lady, you deserve a happy and healthy 2026!!!

Huge Congrats to Lucas, who came to us with shoulder concerns on the playing field. After weeks of challenging PT, we are happy to graduate this student-athlete back to the diamond. We are very happy to have conditioned and helped strengthened his batting and throwing arm. All the best this season, Lucas! Thanks for giving us 100% in the gym.

So happy for Mr. Jim. Congrats to him, as he leaves us this week - pain free - following rotator cuff surgery and rehabilitation. It has been our sincere pleasure to treat you, sir. We are so proud of Rebekah!! This lady deserves a crown for all of her hard work and has finally been discharged from our care. After reaching 100% of her PT goals, she'll be able to grab all of the good throws this Mardi Gras season!! Take care of yourself. Thanks for, again, entrusting us to your care. To all our former, current and even future patients - the entire team at Action Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine wishes you a happy, HEALTHY and safe New Year.
Our offices remain closed today, January 1st in observation of the holiday; but will reopen tomorrow (Fri, Jan. 2nd) to normal business hours. As a reminder to anyone pursuing physical medicine in 2026, you are encouraged to check with your carrier(s) to determine any changes to your coverage, benefits, copays, deductibles, etc. Please be sure you are informed and aware of any updated amounts that you may be responsible for upon arrival when receiving PT or any medical care this year.

Merry Christmas & Happy 2026. Action PT will be closed for the remainder of this week as well as on New Years Eve & Day (next week) so that our employees can enjoy the holidays with family and friends.

This year, Action PT was a drop off site for the U.S. Marine’s “Toys for Tots” drive. All donors were placed into a drawing for a chance at a $25 AMAZON gift card. Starting Monday, November 24th through Thursday, December 18th we accepted NEW, UNWRAPPED toys for children of all ages in order to make it a special Christmas for families across the area. Once again, our staff, patients (former and current) did not disappoint. Thanks, for your support and generosity. It means a lot to so many!
