⭐️ Employee Spotlight: Janette Yates! ⭐️

From running toward the danger to going against the grain... that's just who Janette is.

With 10 years in EMS (from Slidell to New Orleans), being a first responder is woven into who she is. She’s even been featured on Nightwatch and once delivered a baby in American Sign Language. Ask her the story sometime!

Did we mention she's fluent in Spanish, English, and ASL (maybe a little Italian)?

Now at DPC Plus, Janette found a career that still saves lives, just in a different way. One that lets her be present with family while continuing to help others — something she’s always been passionate about.

When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her at home with her plants 🌱 (greenhouse in progress!), or training for her first full marathon. She's a busy woman!

We’re lucky to have someone who has endless compassion and quick composure on our side. 💙

We’ve got something exciting to share at DPC Plus Covington.

First, we’re celebrating Grace, who has officially been promoted from Receptionist to Clinic Lead. She has earned it, and we’re proud of what she’s accomplished. Now it’s time to help her build the right team around her.

We are currently looking to add either a Medical Assistant or a Medical Receptionist to our Covington office, not both, but the right one based on fit and need.

At DPC Plus, culture is everything. We do not hire quickly just to fill a spot. We hire carefully because the right fit matters to us, our team, and our patients.

The first step in the process is simple: come meet our Covington dynamic duo, Elizabeth, NP and Grace. We want to get a feel for personality, energy, and cultural fit first. If that goes well, the next step is an official interview with the company and credentialing.
