Distracted With Children

One of my absolute besties is facing some challenging circumstances with her family right now. Her hubs is disabled, has had multiple recent hospitalizations, and the medical bills (as many know) just don't stop. They also have multiple sweet kiddos at home.

Thankfully Jenny is a really amazing YouTuber! You can set this video to play in the background of your regular life, and every bit of extra watch time will help her income. An OT who sometimes forgets she's an OT when parenting

Helping children improve attention and focus is a goal of our occupational therapy team. Often, it is far shorter than what we expect.

For example, a 2-year-old child can be expected to maintain attention to an engaging task for 4-6 minutes! Understanding the expectation helps to set children up for success!
