• What inspired you to work in healthcare?
“The opportunity to help others.”
• What’s your favorite part of your job?
“Seeing or hearing someone leave our clinic opposite of the way they came in.”
• Fun fact patients might not know:
“I’m a big softie at home with my wife and daughter…”
• How does the Pelican Urgent Care team support each other?
“A lot speak the words of ‘teamwork,’ but I truly found it to be thoroughly TRUE here! Each individual doesn’t hesitate to jump in and assist where there’s a need when needed—and that speaks specifically to our management for doing a great job of keeping that trend moving forward.”
• One piece of health advice:
“Seeing about yourself—and specifically as males, we have this ‘phobia’ of the doctor’s office as if we’ll explode upon entry. But in 2026, we MUST take action and not leave it up to doctors or spouses to care about our well-being.”
• What do you enjoy outside of work?
“Spending time with family, laughing, and traveling.”
• Favorite local spot:
“Lol… well, given I’m a ‘big guy,’ it’s no secret I’ve never missed a meal—so wherever there’s good food, I’m interested!”
