I’m excited to share that I’m now offering specialized pregnancy and postpartum care at Valor Physical Therapy here in Slidell, LA.

Physical therapy can play a powerful role before, during, and after your pregnancy journey — from managing pain, improving strength, and preparing for birth to supporting a confident postpartum recovery.

I recently completed advanced training through the Institute of Clinical Excellence to better support women experiencing concerns like diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and stress incontinence, as well as those simply wanting safe, effective movement guidance throughout pregnancy.

More exciting news! Thanks to the help of my old high school buddy Logan Stoodley, was able to get my website up and running! When you guys have a moment check it out! If all goes according to plan I should be able to start online booking in x2 weeks!! So exciting!!

Squat rack in place! Was so fortunate to be able to secure a Rogue rack and weights for the clinic. Bumper the dog supervised the whole process and approved. Kind of.

Hey Slidell! My name is Brigette Schwimmer, and I'm opening up a PT clinic downtown that I'm super excited to share with you!

It is going to be a clinic specializing in working with first responders, military and their families, and any and all humans who want to be healthy and fit! I was very fortunate to secure a space at Olde Town Chiropractic, and am shooting to start seeing my first patients by this October.
